Why purchase a replica watch?
There are many answers to this question. Most people would buy a replica because they want to look good, but simply cannot afford to spend a lot on a watch. Other people already have a real watch but want to purchase something identical so they can wear it without having to worry about it being damaged or lost. Some just simply are collectors who want to have a wide variety of watches to display.
Are your watches real and in working condition?
Yes indeed, they are real replicas. However, they are NOT the actual watches of their respective manufacturers; they are replicas of such and are simply for novelty purposes. We do NOT expect you to pose them as actual watches, even though people will believe they are authentic models. Please keep in mind that these still are Replicas. Although some may read as Water Proof for 30 - 1000m, they in actuality are not. Please use common sense in the care and wearing of your replica watch. Our replicas are intended for Amusement Purposes only. We recommend that you purchase an original if you are seeking these demanding qualities. These are a fantastic way to collect the finest watches in the world without spending a fortune!
Are your watches water proof?
Our watches are water resistant, but we do not claim them to be 100% water proof, we recommend to avoid water completely if possible especially swimming or diving.
How do I maintain my watch?
Whether buying a name brand or replica watch, understanding each aspect of your watch is equally important. About every year, you should have your watch cleaned and serviced. For Quartz watches, you’ll need your battery changed, and for mechanical watches, you should have all the moving parts inspected and cleaned. For watches with water resistant seals, you should have the resistance checked annually using pressure equipment, and the seals should be changed as well. As far as care, you should always check the case and bracelet for wear if you expose them to chemicals or harsh environments. Cosmetics and perfume can also damage these components, as well as the rest of the watch. Please keep watch away from small children and avoid heavy shock.
How long will your watches last?
This is kind of like asking how long a car will last. It all depends on how you use it. If you put wear and tear on it regularly by driving and using it frequently and in rugged situations, or in this case wear the watch the same way, it would not last as long as if, say, you used it at times that you could treat it with care. If so, our watches will last at least a few years.
What are chronographs?
Chronographs are the little dials that are within the face of the watch itself. They are usually in threes and used as stopwatch timers. The chronographs on our watches are not always functional (We will specify if they are).
What is meant by the terms: Automatic, Quartz, and a sweeping second hand?
Automatic refers to a watch movement that consists of a self-winding mechanism, which allows the watch to run on its own without batteries. The advantage to this is that batteries are not required for the watch to run. The disadvantage to it is that the watch should be serviced every few years to make sure it runs smoothly.
Quartz refers to a watch movement that runs from a battery. The advantage to this is that the watch normally lasts longer than an automatic watch. The disadvantage to it is that the battery has to be changed every so often.
A sweeping second hand refers to a second hand that sweeps smoothly instead of ticking once every second. Basically, its movement consists of a bunch of very tiny, rapid ticks that combine to make it look like the hand is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand, and all quartz watches have a ticking second hand.

What is covered under warranty?
Only manufacturers’ defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being tight, water damage is not covered. Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers’ defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product. If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. In most cases of manufacturers’ defects, the products can be repaired Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping cost back to you. In case of package being lost there is a 90 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package. Please allow up to four weeks for exchange to arrive. If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a money order for the price difference; if the exchange is less we will issue a discount coupon for the difference in price. If there are any other problems, we will work with you until both parties are satisfied.
What is the first thing I need to do when receiving the watch?
Upon receiving the watch, wind it. It is likely that the watch runs out of energy during the journey. Wind the watch for about 20 to 30 full 360 degree turns clockwise. It is about 80 our normal way of winding, assuming we wind 120 degree for each wind. (Stop winding if you feel stiff. Over winding will hurt the movement.) If you know your watch is battery, there is no need to wind it. If your watch has a screw-tight crown, release it by turning it anti-clockwise until it is loosen. Then you can wind it for 20 - 30 times as mentioned. Once done, you can screw it tight by pushing it inside and turn it clockwise at the same time.
